Return & Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods & Return Shipping Costs
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, including all return shipping and handling costs. Returns sent with postage due or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be returned:
• in their original condition and packaging
• undamaged,
• unused,
• and suitable for resale.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods, in accordance with EU consumer law:

Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery

Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal
In such cases, returns or refunds will not be accepted unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
Products with Faults or Defects
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods.
If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after discovering the issue. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence or a description of the defect.
In the event of a confirmed fault:

You will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
